Considering a career change? Your Financial Services experience could be your biggest advantage. We're looking for people who understand Financial Services, are confident building relationships and like the idea of developing their own specialist market within Executive Search. What would you be doing? You'll work with clients to identify and attract experienced professionals for senior and specialist positions across Banking & Financial Services. You'll develop your own area of expertise, build relationships with senior professionals and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. You may currently work in Banking, Asset Management, Commodities, Financial Services, Insurance, Private Equity & VC’s, REIT and Alternative Investments or a functional specialist in technology, risk or legal in Banking & Financial Services You could have spent years building expertise in your market but reached the point where you're asking yourself: What's next? Executive Search gives you the opportunity to use the industry knowledge and network you've already built while developing a new career with significantly more control over your time and how you work.
