Admin and Operations Executive

Able Best Employment Agency has been serving families in Singapore since 2003. We are looking for a dependable and organised person to join our team and support our daily administrative and logistics work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, organise and check documents. • Update customer records, checklists and internal information. • Follow up on missing documents and outstanding matters. • Arrange appointments, medical examinations and transport. • Coordinate helper arrival, lodging, orientation and handover arrangements. • Confirm schedules with customers, colleagues and service providers. • Provide customers with routine updates on their arrangements. • Answer and direct telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries (when required). • Assist with data entry, filing, invoices, receipts and general office administration. • Highlight missing information, delays or matters requiring attention. REQUIREMENTS • At least one year of relevant experience in administration, operations, logistics, customer service or coordination. • Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Able to organise multiple appointments, documents and deadlines. • Careful with details and consistent with follow-ups. • Able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues. • Responsible, dependable and willing to learn. Employment-agency experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. Training on our workflow and processes will be provided. Candidates returning to the workforce are welcome to apply if they have relevant previous experience.
