Role Overview Operating parallel to our mechanical lead, the Lead Electrical Engineer focuses on the engineering, reliability, and modular scalability of our heavy power infrastructure. This role ensures that our large-scale facilities maintain unwavering power distribution stability from the grid down to the chip, prioritizing rapid deployment and cross-border operational alignment. Key Responsibilities • Power Architecture & Distribution: Design and optimize resilient, large-scale power distribution systems, implementing modular deployment strategies that allow infrastructure to scale fluidly with regional demand. • System Reliability & Compliance: Safeguard operational continuity by designing robust redundancy frameworks, overseeing electrical fault analyses, and ensuring total compliance with both regional standards and global uptime requirements. • Regional & Global Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate global site viability, conduct grid capacity assessments, and support live, cross-border operations to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.
