Part-Time Marketing Assistant/ Marketing Intern

PART-TIME MARKETING ASSISTANT/ MARKETING INTERN 💰 Hourly Rate: $10/hour ⏳ Minimum 3-month commitment 🕘 Working Arrangement • Option 1: 9:00am – 4:00pm, 5 days/week • Option 2: 9:00am – 6:00pm, minimum 3 days/week (Minimum commitment: 3 months) We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role supporting across digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and events, with exposure to different areas of brand and retail marketing. 💻 Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content • Assist with social media content and copywriting for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels. • Support SEO & GEO content optimization. • Assist with marketing campaigns, content planning, asset organization and creative brainstorming. 🛒 E-Commerce • Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations and liaise with e-commerce enablers / platform managers. • Support campaign submissions, promotions and store updates. • Research and shortlist affiliates, micro-influencers and live streamers for potential collaborations. • Assist with initial outreach and follow-ups with potential partners. 🎪 Events & Brand Activations • Assist with coordinating suppliers, venues and production vendors. • Support event preparation, logistics and coordination. • Assist with on-site setup, execution and breakdown during events and brand activations. 👤 Requirements We welcome candidates who meet either of the following: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field; OR • Have relevant work experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce or a related field. In addition: • Good written communication skills and a good grasp of social media trends. • Basic understanding of SEO, GEO or digital content creation is an advantage. • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups. • Comfortable communicating with external partners and vendors. • Willing to be hands-on and assist with physical event setup and on-site activities when required. • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
