SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and services. Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and other relevant documents. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers. Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer payments. Job Requirements Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role. Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and sales forecasts. Target-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
