Looking for a flexible HR opportunity without committing to a full-time role? We’re looking for a Part-Time HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, work pass administration, training coordination and employee engagement activities. 📍 JOB DETAILS • Location: Tuas South • Salary: $14/hour • Working Days: Monday to Friday • Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm • Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week • Contract: 1-year contract, with minimum 6-month commitment • Start Date: Immediate / ASAP • Transport: Pick-up provided from Choa Chu Kang (CCK) and Lakeside • Work schedule will be arranged by the HR Manager on an ad-hoc basis 💼 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING HR Operations & Payroll • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in accordance with MOM requirements. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. • Assist with monthly payroll processing , including data entry, verification and reporting. • Update employee information, payroll and leave records in Infotech HRMS . • Ensure HR practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations . HR Administration & Training • Support employee training and development activities, including course sourcing and coordination. • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager. • Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments. • Coordinate monthly orders for stationery, pantry supplies and office essentials . Employee Engagement • Assist in organising company meetings, Coffee Talks, events and employee engagement activities . • Support HR-led initiatives and workplace activities. • Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment. 👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Prior experience in HR administration or HR support . • Hands-on experience with Infotech HRMS / Payroll / Leave System is highly preferred. • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations . • Experience handling work pass applications and related processes . • Familiarity with payroll processing and HR documentation. • Strong administrative and organisational skills with good attention to detail. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Word and Outlook. • Able to commit to at least 3 days per week . 📩Apply Now Send your resume (MSWord format) to: 📱 WhatsApp / Telegram: 8509 0409 Please include your availability, notice period and expected salary in your application.
