Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and project budgets • Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost planning • Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contract terms • Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims • Assist in contract administration and variation order management • Conduct site visits and measurements when required • Maintain accurate project cost records and reports • Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure cost efficiency About you • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline • Good knowledge of construction costing, estimation, and contract administration • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Relevant working experience, particularly in piping works within the semiconductor industry, is an added advantage
