Management Associate (Fresh Graduates Welcome) Kick-start your career in Business Development, Client Management & Leadership. Just graduated and not completely sure what your next step should be? What You'll Be Doing You'll learn through a combination of training, mentorship and real-world experience: • Connect and build relationships with business owners and decision makers • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients • Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions • Manage and support existing client relationships • Develop your communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Work alongside experienced mentors and managers • Participate in leadership and professional development programmes • Take on greater responsibilities as you progress This is a people-facing role , so you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people, communicate with clients and develop your professional confidence.
