JOB DUTIES • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. • Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas. • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. • Assist in inventory management and stock control. • Handle payments and cash transactions when required. • Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations Requirements • Ability to provide a positive experience and resolve issues gracefully. • Clear verbal interaction with guests and team members. • Accurate order taking and maintaining cleanliness.
