Engineer (Robotics Deployment) – EAST | ASAP

The Opportunity • Our client, seeking for Robotics Deployment Engineer • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm • Nearest MRT: Changi • 3 year contract - renewable/convertible • Performance Bonus! The Talent • • Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in robotics deployment, automation, or related fields. • Technical knowledge of ROS1/ROS2, Nav2, and SLAM-based mapping workflows. • Hands-on experience in robot testing, commissioning, and support activities in operational environments. • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. • Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The Job • Perform site readiness in physical environment, electrical, connectivity and space meet the robots deployment • Conduct, create, review and maintain site maps to support robot navigation • Test functional and safety checks, including emergency stop functions, tool-changing, safety-zone responses and system interlocks during commissioning • Monitor and support robot status, including resuming missions and safety aborting operations when required • Prepare commissioning reports and conduct handover of cleared units to operations teams Edmond Lee Direct Line: 8206 8857 EA License No: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R23114813
