Restaurant Assistant Manager

Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality and customer satisfaction. You play a crucial part in our mission to deliver exceptional dinning experience and contribute directly to the success of our restaurant. Key responsibilities • Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate and manage team members effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a customer-focused effectively. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations and company polices. • Ensure all food and beverage quality meets the company standard. • Assist with staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management to maintain a motivated and competent team. • Maintain clear communication with the Restaurant Manager and team member to ensure seamless operation. • Any ad-hoc assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Requirements • Service Orientated with passion to serve. • Positive attitude. • Good Team Player. • Good communicate skills. • Minimum 3 years experience.
