Assistant Manager/Senior Business Development

Job Responsibilities · Lead and drive new business development in the Singapore market · Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, and CNC machining industries · Develop sales strategies, market entry plans, investment plans, and business proposals to grow revenue and market share · Prepare investment proposals supported by market analysis, customer demand, and commercial justification · Conduct market and industry analysis and translate insights into clear business plans and execution actions · Achieve revenue targets and strategic KPIs · Build and manage strong relationships with customers and stakeholders · Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute growth and investment initiatives · Attend industry and networking events to expand market presence · Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance, and present structured reports to management · Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all leads, opportunities, and quotations · Communicate clearly and professionally to align teams, drive decisions, and deliver results Job Requirements · Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent) · Proven B2B business development experience in Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, or CNC machining industries · Polymer and semiconductor process knowledge is a strong advantage · Strong hunter mindset with experience in closing new business · Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills · Strong teamwork and stakeholder-management capabilities · Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability Benefits & Rewards · Competitive basic salary + attractive commission / incentive plan · Clear targets with transparent performance-based rewards · Exposure to strategic planning and investment decision-making · Opportunities for regional projects and leadership development
