HR Administrator, L&D (GRIT Traineeship)

Traineeship Description This position reports to the Human Resource department. The role of this person is to assist and support Learning & Development administration and assignments. Description • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs, workshops, and employee development activities. • Assist in managing training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendance tracking. • Maintain training records, track participation, and prepare learning reports. • Support HR processes such as orientation and employee engagement initiatives. • Help prepare post-training feedback reports and analytics. • Assist in the development and rollout of training materials, e-learning modules, onboarding programs and communication content. • Support the administration of HR systems and tools related to training and development.
