Account Assistant - Entry level

Job Scope Summary – Accounting Executive • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Process and record supplier invoices • Prepare and process vendor payments • Review, process and reimburse staff expense claims • Issue customer invoices and perform AR clearing/reconciliation • Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents • Perform ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\ • Fresh are welcome to apply!
