Accounts & Finance Executive | Paya Lebar

Job Responsibilities • Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation and full sets of accounts. • Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments. • Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for Management. • Prepare daily sales, bank balance and credit card reconciliation reports. • Handle GST submissions, audit documentation and financial records. • Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities and external parties on accounting matters. • Manage petty cash, reimbursements and bank deposits. • Prepare fixed asset depreciation reports and commission statements. • Conduct monthly inventory stock takes and manage asset/inventory disposal and write-offs. • Assist with e-commerce payment reconciliation and related accounting matters. • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. • Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be a bonus • Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
