( Full Time ) - Logistics Assistant - West, AWS & PB

Job Summary You will manage warehouse operations including receiving goods, organizing inventory, preparing shipments, maintaining records, and supporting shipping coordination to ensure efficient and accurate logistics processes. Responsibilities • Check and verify incoming goods for quantity and quality to ensure accuracy and compliance • Organize and store inventory systematically to maintain order and accessibility • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for timely shipment • Update and maintain inventory records to reflect current stock levels • Assist in preparing shipping documents and coordinate with forwarders for smooth delivery • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment to comply with safety standards • Support stock take activities and perform general warehouse duties as needed Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience to perform core tasks effectively • Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations to support daily functions • Familiarity with MS Office or warehouse management systems to assist in record keeping • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn to contribute to a collaborative work environment Other Information • AWS! • Performance Bonus! • Great Working Environment! • 5.5 Working Days • Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) • Saturday (8am – 12pm) * Have to work at Loyang Eu Eng joe Direct Line: 8847 8909 EA License No: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R23112468
