Why Join Us / Company Benefits • Attractive Sales Commission – Earn additional commission based on confirmed renovation projects. • Qualified Leads Provided – Company-generated leads are provided to support your sales opportunities. • Sales Incentives & Rewards – Additional incentives based on individual sales performance. • Flexible Working Hours – Greater flexibility once you are able to manage your clients and projects independently. • Training & Guidance – Ongoing support and guidance from management to help you improve your sales and project handling. • Company Gatherings & Dinners – Regular team gatherings, celebrations and company dinners. • Central & Convenient Location – Showroom is easily accessible by MRT and public transport. • Friendly Working Environment – Work with a young and supportive team — plus two friendly showroom cats. 🐱 Key Responsibilities • Attend to company-provided leads and conduct consultations with homeowners to understand their renovation needs, lifestyle, budget and design preferences. • Develop suitable space planning, design concepts and renovation proposals based on client requirements. • Prepare and present quotations, material selections and design proposals accurately and professionally. • Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales process from initial consultation through project confirmation. • Prepare and coordinate the necessary drawings, design details, material selections and project information before commencement of works. • Work closely with the Project Management team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are communicated clearly. • Conduct site visits when required to review progress, clarify design matters and address project-related issues. • Maintain regular communication with homeowners and provide timely updates throughout the renovation process. • Ensure agreed design requirements, variations and client decisions are properly documented and communicated to the relevant teams. • Manage projects responsibly from design and sales stage through renovation and final handover . • Provide professional after-sales support and assist with defect or rectification matters where required. • Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Interior Designer or in interior renovation sales. • Proven experience in handling renovation leads, meeting homeowners and closing sales . • Good understanding of residential renovation, space planning, materials and renovation processes . • Able to understand clients’ requirements and propose suitable design concepts, renovation solutions and quotations . • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and communication skills . • Confident in following up with leads and converting enquiries into confirmed projects. • Customer-oriented and able to build good relationships with homeowners throughout the sales and renovation journey. • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment . • Responsible and organised, with the ability to manage multiple leads and ongoing projects. • Able to coordinate effectively with the PM team, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams after project confirmation. • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp or other interior design software is an advantage. • Able to conduct site visits when required and follow projects through to completion.
