Telemarketer

Job Description • Conduct outbound calls using the Company's provided customer database to introduce and promote our products and services • Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and effectively present the features, benefits, and value of our products and services to generate interest and sales opportunities • Build strong customer relationships by following up through calls or messages to secure appointments, close sales, and achieve individual sales targets • Accurately maintain customer records, call activities, and sales outcomes in the Company's system • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, appointments secured, sales performance, and provide feedback or recommendations to enhance telemarketing effectiveness • Work closely with the team and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as assigned. • Perform any other marketing, telemarketing, or administrative duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: • Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role • Proficient in spoken English and one other language • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Warm, welcoming and approachable voice • Excellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections • Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedback • Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative • Possess at least a diploma • Attractive commission scheme
