M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities : • Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme • Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters • Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines • Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors • Coordinate with all BIM modelers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of various M&E contractors • Carry out testing and commission of M&E works • Manage sub-contractors / in progress production planning & build • Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction • Supervise day-to-day site works • Handle the project supervision and documentation • Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples and work progress • Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team • Ensure timely prepare and submission of CSD • Attend progress / site / MEP meeting • Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations • Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with • Any other ad hoc duties assigned Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Main Contractor invlolving M&E works • Able to work independently • Good safety knowledge and attitude • Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
