BIM Coordinator / Modeller (Architectural, Civil & Structural)

Job Summary Coordinate and manage BIM model activities for Architectural, Civil & Structural projects, including clash detection, model verification, and documentation preparation. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities • Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements. • Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate detailed reports to identify and resolve conflicts. • Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on-site field usage to support project execution. • Check and verify BIM models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards. • Assist BIM and project teams by facilitating coordination meetings and resolving BIM-related issues promptly. Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of experience working on Architectural, Civil & Structural BIM model-related projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software applications. • Experienced in drafting combined services drawings (CSD). • Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic project environment. • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines. • Self-motivated team player with proactive communication skills.
