Job Details • 5.5 days workweek (alternate Saturday) • AWS, Variable Bonus • Entitled to staff purchase benefit Job Responsibilities • Manage customer accounts and overdue payments . • Conduct credit checks and recommend credit limits. • Handle invoicing, payments, refunds, rebates, and credit/debit notes . • Resolve billing and payment issues with customers and internal teams. • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and support audits. • Liaise with customers and external parties for credit and debt collection matters.
