Supply Chain Executive (Program Management) - VTAL

Our client is one of the leading players in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Supply Chain Executive for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East . Responsibilities of Supply Chain Executive: Supplier & Vendor Coordination • Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Monitor supplier performance, pricing and service levels. • Maintain good working relationships with reliable suppliers and identify areas for improvement. Customer & Order Management • Maintain good working relationships with customers and understand their current and future requirements. • Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment in line with agreed delivery schedules. • Coordinate with internal departments to monitor order status and resolve delivery issues. • Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth order execution. • Prepare samples, cost estimates and quotations according to customer requirements. Material Planning & Inventory Management • Monitor material requirements and initiate purchase requisitions to support production needs. • Coordinate with material planners, procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material availability. • Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods. • Review order demand and trends to support production and material planning activities. BOM & NPI Coordination • Maintain and manage product information and Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating with Engineering, Production, Procurement and other relevant teams. Reporting & Administration • Prepare and maintain key supply chain and program performance reports and metrics. • Maintain accurate records relating to orders, inventory, BOM and customer requirements. • Provide regular updates on order status, material availability and potential supply risks.
