Senior Manager/ Manager/ Senior Associate/ Associate, Compliance

• Provide regulatory, risk and compliance advice to fund management and asset management clients. • Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits and controls assessments, identifying gaps, risks and areas for improvement. • Perform business process and control reviews, including walkthroughs, control testing and assessment of design and operating effectiveness. • Provide outsourced compliance support, including regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, regulatory change implementation and AML/KYC reviews. • Assist clients in developing and strengthening risk management and compliance frameworks. • Translate regulatory requirements and industry developments into practical policies, processes and controls. • Prepare clear audit findings, risk assessments and recommendations for remediation. • Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships, including communicating project scope, findings, regulatory updates and recommendations.
