Site Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and oversee waterproofing works (roofs, basements, wet areas, podium decks, water tanks, etc.) • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and applicators • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients • Ensure compliance with project specifications and method statements • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material usage • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks • Prepare progress reports, claims, and variation orders • Ensure workplace safety and adherence to regulations Job Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management • 5–10 years’ experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals industry • Strong knowledge of membrane systems, PU coatings, cementitious systems, and injection grouting • Experience working with systems from brands such as Sika, Mapei, or similar • Ability to read drawings and technical specifications • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Able to start work at short notice or immediately
