Project Drafter / CAD Drafter

We may offered Remote Position (Project Based) for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and update 2D AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings. • Prepare waterproofing layout plans, sections, details and construction drawings. • Able to read, understand and interpret architectural, structural, engineering and construction drawings. • Convert site requirements and measurements into accurate technical drawings. • Revise drawings based on comments from clients, consultants and project teams. • Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Engineers and site personnel on drawing requirements. • Conduct site measurements or site visits when required. • Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and requirements. • Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation. • Prepare drawings for submission and approval by consultants/clients. • Assist the project team with other drafting and technical documentation as required. Requirements: • Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Nitec Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline. • AutoCAD proficiency is compulsory. • Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience in civil engineering or building construction. • Experience in waterproofing, building or infrastructure projects will be an advantage. • Good attention to detail and accuracy. • Work independently under minimal supervision.
