Assistant Manager, Regional Marketing (Product)

Key Purpose Manage the assigned product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from product launch to obsolescence, while supporting commercial strategy, product supply, marketing initiatives, competitive analysis, and regional training across Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities • Manage product portfolios across multiple business units and laboratory disciplines. • Support product launches, lifecycle management, pricing, master data governance, and forecast planning. • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Customer Care teams to ensure product availability and business continuity. • Develop marketing materials, value propositions, and product positioning strategies. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support business growth. • Support exhibitions, customer engagements, and reference site development. • Deliver product training and workshops to regional sales and marketing teams. • Participate in regional and global projects as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, or a related scientific discipline. • Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience. • Minimum 4 years of product management, marketing, or market development experience within the IVD industry. • Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, clinical diagnostics, and diagnostic pathways. • Experience in product lifecycle management, product launches, and commercial support. • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, planning, and project management skills. • Ability to train and influence internal and external stakeholders. • Willing to travel extensively within the region.
