Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver expert technical support and customer service for analytical instrumentation across Singapore, ensuring service goals are met and customers receive top-tier technical assistance.
Responsibilities
• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, installation, qualification, troubleshooting, and repair for Ion Chromatography (IC), Liquid Chromatography (LC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), and Spectroscopy (FTIR/microscopes) systems
• Maintain accurate and timely service documentation, including service and preventive maintenance reports, within company business systems
• Manage instrument escalations and warranty claims promptly and accurately to ensure swift issue resolution
• Achieve all service performance metrics, quality standards, and financial targets for the team
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships by delivering proactive technical support and trusted service
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support, Customer Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Execute additional duties appropriate to the Field Service Engineer role as required
