Marketing Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. • Prepare, update and maintain documents, reports and records. • Perform data entry and update information using the company’s internal system. • Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for daily administrative tasks. • Assist with marketing-related coordination and administrative activities. • Support ad-hoc and urgent tasks assigned by the marketing team. • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within the required timelines. Requirements • Minimum Diploma in any discipline. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint. • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. • Able to check and verify work before submission.. • Able to prioritise and complete assigned tasks efficiently. • Positive, approachable and willing to assist with ad-hoc tasks. • Immediate availability preferred. Job Details • 1-year contract, renewable subject to business/project requirements. • Working hours: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM / Monday to Friday • Opportunity to gain exposure to marketing operations and build marketing knowledge. • Work with a leading Japanese MNC in the factory automation industry.
