Summary: • Salary: Up to $3,000 • Working Days & Hours: 5 days, Flexible working hours • Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus • 2-way company transport pickup • Well-known MNC in the semiconductor industry Job Responsibilities: NPI Technician: • Support daily manufacturing operations and assist with resolving process-related issues on the production floor. • Support NPI activities , including engineering builds, product trials and product transfer projects. • Perform equipment, tooling and process checks to ensure smooth and efficient production. • Assist Manufacturing Engineers with troubleshooting, root-cause investigation and corrective actions . • Collect and analyse production and process data to support manufacturing improvements. • Support engineering changes and ensure work instructions, process records and manufacturing documentation are updated. • Participate in 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. • Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to achieve manufacturing and quality objectives. Production Technician: • Perform production and assembly activities according to work instructions, SOPs and quality standards. • Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently to meet production requirements. • Perform equipment setup, changeover, cleaning and basic maintenance . • Conduct in-process inspections and visual quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards. • Identify and report defects, abnormalities and non-conformances promptly. • Support basic troubleshooting and corrective actions to reduce production downtime. • Maintain accurate production records and documentation while following safety, EHS and cleanroom requirements where applicable. • Participate in 5S, productivity, quality and continuous improvement activities and work closely with supervisors and engineers. Requirements: • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, semiconductor, electronics, or precision engineering. • Able to follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation, with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good attention to detail, quality awareness, communication, and teamwork skills. • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Experience in semiconductor/precision manufacturing, NPI, engineering builds, assembly, testing, equipment operation, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.
