-NEW- Accountant, Full Sets (Asset Management)

Job Responsibilities: · Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and month-end closing. · Assist with cash flow monitoring, payment planning and daily cash management activities. · Process payments and maintain accurate cash records in line with approved budgets and internal controls. · Review invoices and quotations, identify discrepancies and liaise with vendors to resolve issues promptly. · Prepare monthly management reports, financial schedules and supporting documentation. · Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies and statutory requirements. · Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, banks and other external stakeholders on accounting and finance matters. · Adhoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 3years of relevant accounting duties · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
