Accounts Assistant

Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days Job Scope • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate record of financial data • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and payment processing • Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and support audit requirements • Liase with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing queries and discrepancies Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment • Knowledge of GST compliance and Singapore accounting standards is advantageous
