Associate Software Engineer (Full-Time Role with Sponsored Training)

About the Programme Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (3–4 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners . BootCamp Phase • Duration: 3–4 months • Full-time, in-person training • Monthly training allowance provided • Hands-on projects, pair programming, code reviews, and agile simulations Deployment Phase • Duration: 3 years • Full-time salaried position • Exposure to real-world projects, tech stacks, and engineering teams • Continued mentorship and career support Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile teams • Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance • Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity • Contribute to DevSecOps, testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows • Stay updated on emerging technologies and development trends What We Look For • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools • Team player with excellent communication • Interest in full-stack development and scalable software solutions No experience?
