Account Executive - Enterprise & Public Sector

Turn qualified opportunities into customers, revenue and careers Every organisation in Singapore is trying to solve the same problem: finding technology talent that's ready on day one. Red Alpha solves it differently. Through our Select, Train, Deploy model, we identify high-potential people, train them intensively, and deploy them into government agencies, statutory boards, GLCs and enterprises that need AI-native teams — fast, at lower risk, and with a pipeline that keeps growing. We're looking for an Account Executive to turn that story into signed contracts. You'll pick up qualified opportunities from our Business Development team and own everything from there: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation and close. You'll sell to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and HR leaders who are making real decisions about how they build their teams — and you'll have Marketing, Delivery and Customer Success behind you to make every deal land well. If you enjoy owning a number, opening doors at senior level, and building something that matters, keep reading. What you'll do Own the deal. Take qualified opportunities from first meeting to signed contract. Run consultative discovery, design tailored solutions, lead commercial discussions, and close consistently against quarterly and annual targets. Sell to the people who decide. Build trusted relationships with technology, cybersecurity, HR, talent and business leaders. Present Red Alpha as a strategic talent partner — not a vendor — and navigate complex enterprise and public-sector buying processes, including tenders, RFPs and framework agreements. Build the account, not just the deal. Map stakeholders and business units in every target organisation, develop account plans for high-value customers, and set up expansion from day one. Make the machine better. Give clear feedback to Business Development on lead quality and messaging, hand over cleanly to Customer Success after close, and work with Admissions, Training and Delivery so what you sell can be staffed and deployed on time. Run a disciplined pipeline. Keep the CRM accurate, forecast reliably, prioritise by value and timing, and track your own conversion, cycle and win/loss performance. What we're looking for • 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, software, SaaS, professional services or workforce solutions • A proven record of hitting or beating revenue targets, with a bias for net-new business • Full-cycle experience — discovery to close — with mid-market, enterprise or public-sector customers • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills • Comfortable in the room with senior decision-makers across technical, business and procurement functions • Commercially driven, persistent and accountable • Hands-on with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Bonus points for: • Experience selling into Singapore public sector, financial services, telco or large enterprise • Familiarity with GeBIZ, tenders and framework agreements • Prior BDR/SDR experience • Fluency in a structured methodology — MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler or similar You'll thrive here if you • Ask strong questions instead of pitching on the first call • Can turn a qualified lead into a business case a CFO would sign • Stay resilient through long, multi-stakeholder cycles • Build relationships without losing commercial discipline • Are curious, coachable and competitive • Want to help build something new, not just join something finished How we'll measure success Bookings and new customers won. Conversion from qualified opportunity to closed-won. Deal size, sales cycle, pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy. Expansion opportunities you surface for the wider team. Within 12 months, you'll have a strong portfolio of enterprise and public-sector relationships and a reputation as a consistent revenue contributor. Your goal is simple: turn qualified opportunities into revenue. What we offer • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission • Employer CPF contributions • Medical, dental and hospitalisation coverage • Annual leave • Learning and development support • A seat at the table in a fast-growing global business with operations in Singapore and the US • Direct exposure to senior decision-makers across government and enterprise • Real career growth as the company scales • A collaborative, international team — and the chance to shape how Singapore builds its next generation of technology talent Ready to own the number?
