Our Client, one of the leading and reputable logistics organizations in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Shipping Administrator. Benefits Summary: • Attractive Compensation Package and Bonuses • Stable Career Opportunity • Day Shift Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate and execute outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries. • Arrange shipment bookings and liaise with freight forwarders (FFs). • Prepare and process shipping documentation for outbound shipments. • Perform shipping transactions and maintain accurate shipment records in SAP. • Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping operations. • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve shipping-related issues. Requirements: • Relevant shipping or logistics experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP. • Experience in planning and executing outbound shipments. • Familiar with shipment bookings and coordination with freight forwarders.
