Looking for a hands-on technical role with a structured training programme and a 4-day work week?
Join a manufacturing team involved in assembling and inspecting server systems and related hardware. This role is suitable for candidates with technical training or experience in assembly, production or quality inspection.
Working Hours
• Training period: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• After training: Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Day shift: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM | Night shift: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, racks and cabinets according to technical instructions.
• Carry out visual and functional inspections on components and completed products.
• Identify and report product defects, quality issues and non-conformities.
• Assist with server integration, unpacking, packaging and production activities.
• Operate basic tools and inspection equipment, including torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and production documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards and 5S workplace practices.
• Support quality investigations and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements
• NITEC, technical/vocational qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or quality inspection is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and inspection equipment.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
