LAND SURVEYOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs field surveying to obtain data for base plans. • Coordinates work progress and directions. • Verifies the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites • Maintains and store accurate notes, records, and drawing files for active projects. • Undertaking duties and/or responsibilities as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD. REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma/Degre in Surveying/Civil Engineering. • 3–5 years work experience in Land Surveying. • Able to use instruments like Total Station, Theodolite and Dumpy levels in steel structural erection at site. • Good interpersonal skills. • Can work with minimum supervision. • Willing to assign from site to site. • Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Working Hours: 5.5-day work week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:25pm, 8am-1200noon Sat (Alternate Saturday Off)
