WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Summary Support daily warehouse operations by managing inventoryaccuracy, supervising staff, coordinating with teams, and driving processimprovements to maintain an efficient and well-organised warehouse environment. Responsibilities • Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow • Supervise receiving, stock-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to maintain operational accuracy and timeliness • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory to ensure data accuracy and prevent discrepancies • Coordinate with Purchasing, Retail, and E-commerce teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfilment • Monitor stock movements and maintain detailed, up-to-date inventory records for effective stock control • Ensure all goods are correctly received, labelled, and stored according to warehouse standards • Lead and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity, performance, and adherence to procedures • Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse SOPs to maintain a safe and compliant environment • Identify and support warehouse process improvements to increase operational efficiency • Prepare detailed warehouse reports and assist with stock take exercises to support inventory management Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or equivalent qualification • Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, including supervisory responsibilities • Proficient knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations • Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software Other Information Benefits • Competitive salary of SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,500 per month • Career growth and development opportunities • Staff discounts on company products • Supportive and collaborative working environment
