Manufacturing Production Technician (NPI) – Semiconductor | North

Job Benefits • AWS + Performance Bonus • 5-day work week • Flexible working hours • Company transport provided • Company canteen and nearby food options • Established MNC environment Working Hours • Monday – Friday • OT may be required depending on operational needs Job Responsibilities • Support daily manufacturing operations , including equipment, tooling and process checks on the production floor. • Assist with NPI, engineering builds, product trials and product transfer activities . • Collect production data and assist Manufacturing Engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions. • Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists, process records and manufacturing reports . • Support engineering changes, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities while working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams. Job Requirements • NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines. • 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering or manufacturing environments is preferred. • Experience supporting production operations, engineering builds, NPI or process improvement will be an advantage. • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, troubleshooting and technical documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a hands-on and responsible approach to work. Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, NPI, engineering changes, SPC, PFMEA, ERP/MRP or MES will be an advantage.
