System Management Engineer (P)

Job Scope: • Support system and contract management activities, including governance, compliance and service delivery. • Monitor KPIs and support system management and improvement initiatives. • Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including technical publication management, spare parts review and equipment obsolescence management. • Manage asset inventory and support equipment lifecycle management. • Support cybersecurity activities, including vulnerability tracking, mitigation and patch management. • Monitor system maintenance, availability and operational readiness. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues and ensure timely completion of requirements. • Prepare reports, documentation and management updates on system performance, compliance and operational activities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering or a related discipline. • Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good organisational skills with attention to detail. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Interest or experience in system management, engineering systems, technology, governance or operational support will be an advantage.
