Care Advisor

Job Summary Join a licensed healthcare-focused employment agency supporting elderly and adults with care needs in Singapore. As a Care Advisor / Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking live-in caregiving support. You will: • Conduct care needs assessments to understand medical, functional, and household • requirements • Advise families on caregiver suitability and expectations • Shortlist and recommend suitable caregiver profiles • Facilitate video interviews and manage placement coordination • Guide families through documentation and compliance processes with the support of our Care Admin team • Follow up post-placement to ensure smooth caregiver integration This role combines advisory expertise with client engagement, helping families make informed decisions — not just filling quotas.
