Store Manager - Premium Fashion/S$7000 + commission

A leading premium fashion brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and build a high performing team. This role will be responsible for maximising store productivity and profitability while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation. Key Responsibilities: • Take full ownership of store productivity, sales planning, and performance against business targets. • Develop and execute action plans to drive sales, productivity, and profitability. • Create a high energy, sales and service focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional client experiences. • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through regular coaching, feedback, and performance management. • Monitor individual and team performance, identifying development needs and implementing appropriate action plans. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross functionally to support business objectives. • Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently maintained. • Work closely with the Regional Leader to evaluate market information and develop strategies to improve store performance. Key Requirements: • Minimum 5 to 7 years of Store Management experience within retail or the service industry. • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment. • Outlet retail experience will be an advantage. • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams to achieve performance standards. • Excellent client service and communication skills. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Positive, energetic, and hands on with a strong focus on sales and customer experience.
