Operations Coordinator (Operations Centre) (West)

Job Summary The appointed candidate will provide dedicated administrative and operational support at the Operations Centre, managing communications, roster verification, and telemetry monitoring. Roles & Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations centre administrative workflows, roster verification, and communication logs. • Monitor telemetry feeds and system status displays to track operational metrics and report anomalies. • Coordinate incident response notifications and escalate situations to designated technical teams. • Maintain comprehensive records of daily facility activities, shift handovers, and documentation. • Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations centre coordination. Requirements • Singapore Citizen and eligible to obtain necessary security clearances. • Possess a Nitec or Higher Nitec certification. • Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule with scheduled standby days to support continuous operations. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication abilities. • Basic proficiency in using office productivity software and administrative systems.
