SHOP MANAGER

Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or personal care. • Proven experience in store management and staff supervision . • Strong sales and customer service skills . • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Able to manage, motivate, and train retail staff effectively. • Good knowledge of inventory and stock management . • Responsible and trustworthy in handling cash, payments, and daily sales records . • Able to work independently and make appropriate decisions when required. • Good organisational and time-management skills. • Able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. • Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple reports. • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional. • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Able to follow company policies, procedures, and management instructions. • Work Location: Chinatown Point, 133 New Bridge Rd, #B1-26, Singapore 059413.
