Sales Assistant

Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, process sales transactions, and help achieve sales targets while representing the brand professionally. Work Location: Chinatown Point, 133 New Bridge Rd, #B1-26, Singapore 059413. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers with product recommendations. • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system. • Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed. • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. • Answer customer questions and resolve complaints professionally. • Promote products, special offers, and loyalty programs. • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays. • Support daily store opening and closing procedures. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
