Accountant

Job Description: • Able to handle full sets of account independently with minimal supervision. • Provide accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management • Responsible for preparation of statement of outstanding account • Responsible to compile and check staff reimbursement • Assist in budget forecast, financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet • To coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities • To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required • To ensure company comply with financial policies and regulations • To maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures • Assist in enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies and procedures Requirement: • Degree in Accountancy • Min 3 years relevant work experience in relevant field, experience in construction company is an added value • Proficient in MS Office applications • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player • Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
