CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites. • Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. • Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and work progress on site. • Inspect completed and ongoing works to ensure required quality standards are maintained. • Identify and report site issues, delays and defects and assist in resolving them. • Ensure all workers follow workplace safety and health requirements. • Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox meetings. • Coordinate the delivery and proper use of construction materials and equipment. • Monitor subcontractors' work and ensure compliance with project requirements. • Maintain daily site records, progress reports and relevant documentation. • Assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager in project coordination and planning. • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and within the agreed schedule. Requirements • Diploma/Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience . • Experience in supervising construction works and site teams. • Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site procedures. • Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. • Good understanding of workplace safety and health requirements in Singapore. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively. • Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. • Experience in M&E/electrical construction works will be an advantage. • Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
