Construction SAFETY COORDINATOR

• Support the Safety Officer in the development and implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with statutory requirements • Organize and conduct safety training sessions for all levels of staff • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures • Maintain comprehensive records of safety audits, incidents, training, and compliance documents • Collaborate with staff and management to drive continuous improvements in safety practices • Perform risk assessments and implement practical mitigation strategies • Develop, update, and coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills • Take the lead or assist in safety-related initiatives and projects • Keep up-to-date with changes in WSH regulations, industry safety standards, and emerging trends
