Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities for Regional Finance Manager: • Act as a s trategic finance business partner to subsidiary business leaders and Finance & Accounting teams, providing commercial insights and perspectives that extend beyond traditional finance and accounting functions. • Lead and manage the Finance & Planning Division, ensuring the achievement of divisional objectives, priorities, and responsibilities. • Manage regional tax compliance and provide guidance on tax implications and risks related to business initiatives. • Oversee treasury, cash flow, foreign exchange, debt, and liquidity management, optimizing funding and financial risk management. • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to Finance & Planning team members in and Finance teams across other group companies in the region. • Lead the development and implementation of strategic Finance & Accounting initiatives in alignment with the Group’s mid-term plans, transformation agenda, and regional finance objectives. • Establish and maintain clear, consistent, and effective Finance & Accounting policies, processes, and practices, including robust internal controls, in compliance with corporate requirements and applicable regulatory standards. • Partner with Finance & Accounting and regional stakeholders to implement Group finance policies, initiatives, and governance requirements. • Lead regional finance projects, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives. • Oversee financial controllership, Treasury, and Order Management activities, ensuring strong controls, risk management, accuracy, and compliance. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting, providing insights to support business
