Facility Manager

Manage Facilities Management operations and activities Assist with Facilities Management and Fire Safety Related issues Conduct checks on building repairs and rectify defects and perform scheduled preventive maintenance Liaise and manage on site contractors, security, pest control etc. Attend to defects and faults reported on site, conduct investigation and determine cause of defect. Liaise with contractors and 3rd party maintenance teams on schedule preventive maintenance. Fire Safety certificate is an advantage 8:00am-5:30pm 5 days (Monday-Friday) Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
