Project Engineer – Architectural Works

• Position : Project Engineer – Architectural Works • Location : Ubi / Client Site • Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–12:30pm Site hours may vary according to project requirements. • Salary (commensurate with experience) :$3800-$4500 Basic + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave • Duration : Permanent • Industry : Building & Construction Main Responsibilities: • Assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, and coordinate with subcontractors • Ensure site works meet project quality and compliance standards and project documentation is properly prepared for submissions • Coordinate relevant architectural project activities across design, procurement, construction and site operations under the direction of the Project Manager. • Maintain accurate and timely project reporting and status tracking • Manage site progress, approved changes, and project execution with internal and external stakeholders • Review design drawings and specifications • Perform additional project engineering/management duties as required • Report directly to Manager / Senior Manager Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or a related discipline • At least two years of relevant construction project or site coordination experience • Relevant experience in architectural works is preferred Email to: diana@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
